i started dj'ing on the web about 4 years ago.
my interest has grown from dj'ing using traktor to music production. ableton live is my main sequencer/digital audio workstation application which i use on my powerbook with a ton of attached devices like a bcf2000, korg kontrol keyboard, korg emx-1 and guitar. recently i started using ableton live as a dj tool as well, which leads me to the mixes.
i was originally going to post rips of live shows here, and i still may do that on occasion, but overall i'd like to make some studio mixes that will then form the basis for live mixes. that will give me a chance to do some 80 minute mixes that will fit on a cd or easily on an ipod but also have some more dynamic mixes on the nights i do a show.
