When I made this mix, all I had in mind is I didn't want it to slow down at all. I forget who it was that said it... some rock musician... maybe even David Lee Roth, or Neil Young... I could be wrong... whoever it was I read a quote saying when you're playing live you gotta get the people worked up... then work them up some more... each time you hit them hit them harder until you're playing your ass off. That's what I was feeling when I made this mix... I didn't want any part to stop... I wanted each song to push more than the previous one. When I made this mix, though in studio, I pictured a place where no one was sitting down. If they had been there... I wouldn't have let them.
