Dancing in front of the speaker, feeling the low frequency sounds pierce through you, not wanting to be any other place, the air always felt so thick it was like swimming through butter. I’m not going to lie……..it’s traaaaance!! This is my shot at putting together a solid trance mix. I love the genre, but don’t often get to play it much. I’m particularly stoked on the transition between Richard Durand’s ‘Slipping Away’ and Michael Wood’s ‘Solex Close To The Edge’ (starting at 71:00) – I first heard ‘Slipping Away’ at a Tiesto show on an amusement park rooftop in downtown Tijuana, Mexico with 10,000 music starved EDM fans. Hope you like it!
