What the hell is a Mean Mr. Mustard? If you lived in Columbus or were on the OSU campus in the mid to late 80s and early 90s, you know what I'm talking about. For me, that club was a haven for the anti-pop music scene. It was there I discovered amazing underground music. I'll never forget dancing to Headhunter by Front 242. The floor came alive every time the needle dropped into that groove.
I specifically chose Razormaid remixes because they did things proper and progressive.
Let's not forget the relevance of Industrial Dance music and it's appearance in the dance music history. This mix is just a cross sampling of the genre. And yes I realize that Dead or Alive and New Order aren't spot on Industrial bands. The last two tracks just seemed to fit. ;)
