Hi! First got into dance music back in '96 when I heard Fatboy's 'Better Living through Chemistry' album which got me hooked on big beat / breakbeat. I started listening to The Freestylers, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Freq Nasty and progressed onto all the stuff I love now. Have always been into chillout music too ever since I first heard the 'Cafe Del Mar - Ibiza Vol 3' compilation back in college...
My fav labels at the moment are Chew The Fat, Skint, Finger Lickin Records and Hot Cakes. I love the way they can make stuff that's dark and funky but without the cheese!
My main influences are Fatboy, DJ Hyper, The Stantons, Friendly, Krafty Kuts, Splitloop, Freq Nasty, Cut La Roc and so on....
