This is my last mix for a while as I'm off travelling up the coast of Australia for a few months and then onto New Zealand! The mix starts off with some luscious deep house numbers then slowly builds up to some jazzy and funky stuff in the middle along with some samples and acapellas thrown in there, most of which I think works pretty well... Towards the end it really cranks up a bit and finishes on a strange but kinda cool note with the Groove Armada tune. I was reminded of it's existence from an ad on TV recently and I own the tune on their album Lovebox so I just thought I'd lash it into the mix at some point and here it is!
