New Release: La Fiesta Par Siempre!

It took me a long time to finaly complete a new mix.. and I received loads of questions about "when?!" it would be released.. Well.. here it is! :)
You probably think.. "La Fiesta Par Siempre".. "that doesn't sound like chill-out to me" & you're probably right, allthough it will still provide you with a chilled-out feeling!
This summer I've been attending a couple of festivals.. (The Blue Note Records Festival in particular) & it influenced my style a little..
I decided to try something new.. but still bare the "chilled" feeling in mind!
La Fiesta Par Siempre is a mix of uptempo Jazzy & Latin flavored tracks which will make you feel relaxed and in a partying mood at the same time! Compare it with drinking a cocktail, sitting laid back on a beach while enjoying the explosion of flavours in your mouth..
I hope all (or at least most) of you will enjoy my new little creation!
As usual, it's 1 hour long.. and mixed as smooth as possible!

Blue Note Records Festival

It's been a while.. But I've finally found some time to make another post!
During the next couple of weeks I'll be working at & attenting the:
Blue Note Records Festival.
The 2007 edition of the Ghent Blue Note Records Festival (Belgium) will take place between Friday 6th and Monday 16th July, kicking off one week before Gentse Feesten and only overlapping for the last three days.
This year, instead of the traditional opening concert, the festival will kick off with a full day on Friday 6th July and close on Monday 16th July with a theme yet to be confirmed.
The location remains unchanged: the mediaevel monastery gardens of De Bijloke, one of the most beautiful spots in Ghent.
A couple of the attending artists are:
Elvis Costello, DJ Shadow, Amon Tobin, The Cinematic Orchestra, Sly & The Family Stone, Koop, DJ Tom Barman & Mauro Pawlowski and many many more..

After that I've got another 3 weeks of holidays & I should be able to release 2 new mixes in the beginning of august..

2007: a new year, filled with lounge & downtempo vibes!

Hello fellow lounge lovers!
First of all I'd like to wish every single one of you an outstanding 2007!
Lots of happiness, a good health & of course, loads of "chilled vibes"!
Finally the time has come to bring some new DJ Mozlov mixes online!
I've changed my mixing style a little.. I can't really explain what the difference is.. except that I used to keep parts I wasn't 100% satisfied of in my mixes.. now I delete those "bad" parts straight away! :)
Therefor I started with a new series called "The Chilled Lounge Sessions"
This series will only contain lounge tracks that make you float into other dimensions, blended as smooth as possible!
The Subscribers to the DJ Mozlov Newsletter will have received Volume 1 as a pre-release about one month back (nothing has changed in this final version, so no need to re-download)
More pre-releases and/or remixed tracks will follow as a special treat for the subscribers..
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the re-styled DJ Mozlov mixes!
