My style is minimal with a progressive techhouse twist. It is said that my opening sets are an ambient electronic push through the layers of sound. I was initially turned on to the world of Electronic music through John Digweed and through his music I have been turned on to so many other musicians and for that I give thanks. My style of music continues to evolve and I am trying to establish my own mark while continuing to experiment and travel into uncharted territories. My own representation of music is something special that has been developed through listening to music put out by labels like Global Underground, Bedrock, Yoshitoshi, Get Physical and many more. Music is such an important part of my life. I believe it to be therapeutic as well as inspirational. I think that producers of great tracks like Ellen Alliens, Apart - Jet Remix need to be heard by more. The melodic and unusual style will appeal to listeners outside of the intimate world of Electronic music. (Perhaps capturing that mainstream crowd that is yearning for something new) It is disheartening to me that the American society is not as aware and does not appreciate Electronic music like the European countries. My mission is to bridge the gap. Our sounds need to be heard loud. We all fight to have our individual spot in the lime light rather that fighting together to put our music there. Yes, the sound is acknowledged by people in the (dance music) industry, clubbers, and fans but we can't settle for this alone. We have to continue to push our industry forward and strive to be heard and appreciated on a broader spectrum.
