It's never too late to change. We are often bombarded with our own limiting thoughts and beliefs that keep us stuck in the same place because we are "too old, too uneducated, too broke." The truth is that this mental broadcast comes from our internal Opponent whose purpose in being in our lives is to pose challenges for us to overcome. When we make excuses, our Opponent scores a point.

Think of the Chinese saying, "a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step." Cheesy, but painfully appropriate this week.

It's never too late to say I'm sorry. The same Opponent fills us with pride, arrogance, and even shame by not allowing us to ask for forgiveness from others. At best this alienates people and at worst it leaves spaces in our lives, and therefore the universe, for more negativity to enter.

Pick up a phone, write a letter, or meditate using the Light to send people with whom you have space.
